ITS VMS SCREEN PROJECT

2020
PSCA entry & exit Gates project
The entry and exit gates project for Punjab Safe Cities Authority is a security initiative aimed at enhancing the safety and security of cities in Punjab, Pakistan. The project involves the installation of high-tech entry and exit gates at strategic locations in various cities, including Lahore.
These gates are equipped with advanced technology such as automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), facial recognition, and vehicle weight sensors. The gates are linked to a central command and control center, which allows for real-time monitoring and management of the gates.
The main purpose of these gates is to improve security by controlling access to sensitive areas and identifying and tracking suspicious vehicles and individuals. Additionally, the project is expected to reduce traffic congestion by providing an efficient and automated entry and exit system for vehicles.
The project is expected to contribute significantly to the overall safety and security of the cities, and it is hoped that the successful implementation of this initiative will encourage other cities in Pakistan to adopt similar measures to enhance public safety.

WVD based ITS System in Bahria Town, Karachi
PGE had completed project at Bahria Town, Karachi which includes installation of traffic signal; Adaptive traffic signal controller; installation of pedestrian light; installation of wireless magnetic vehicle; providing & fixing of standard cantilever poles; supply & fixing of standard pole; making complete civil works for the system operation.
The wireless vehicle detection supplies the real-time traffic data for the traffic controller and Traffic Management Center via Ethernet cable.
It also can be used for more traffic data collection which can be used for traveling information management, intelligent traffic system and fully actuated traffic signal controlling system.

Islamabad, I 9, warehouse automatic traffic and loading bay management system.
The warehouse automatic traffic and loading bay management system is a computerized system that uses sensors, cameras, and other technology to optimize the flow of goods in and out of a warehouse. The system manages the movement of vehicles within the warehouse, as well as the allocation of loading bays and the scheduling of deliveries. It can also track the movement of goods within the warehouse and provide real-time updates on inventory levels. By automating these processes, the system reduces the risk of human error, minimizes delays and downtime, and increases efficiency in the overall supply chain. The warehouse automatic traffic and loading bay management system is an essential component of modern logistics operations, enabling companies to improve their competitiveness and meet the demands of their customers in a rapidly changing business environment

PSD in Metro Bus Project, Lahore
PGE has efficiently completed these projects related to supply & installation of Platform Screen Doors. The platform screen doors were first time introduced in Pakistan by Pak German Engineers for metro bus projects of Lahore. Introduction of platform screen doors on these projects is the first ever installation of its kind and a bench mark in the transport history of Pakistan.

Our PSD system utilizes the latest digital microprocessor technology, giving the control unit multiple programmable modes including provision to interface with building security system, monitoring the doors position and locks status & built-in battery. The microprocessor operating parameters can be adjusted to accommodate various climatic conditions and specific site requirements in relation to speed, braking etc. Safety is a priority: the ADIS microprocessor will automatically reverse operation while the door is closing, should the doors be obstructed. Active infrared safety sensors are included to focus across the doorway to halt and open the doors immediately upon the sensor detecting an obstruction.
