PSCA ENTRY & EXIT GATES PROJECT
PROJECT DETAILS
The entry and exit gates project for Punjab Safe Cities Authority is a security initiative aimed at enhancing the safety and security of cities in Punjab, Pakistan. The project involves the installation of high-tech entry and exit gates at strategic locations in various cities, including Lahore.
These gates are equipped with advanced technology such as automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), facial recognition, and vehicle weight sensors. The gates are linked to a central command and control center, which allows for real-time monitoring and management of the gates.
The main purpose of these gates is to improve security by controlling access to sensitive areas and identifying and tracking suspicious vehicles and individuals. Additionally, the project is expected to reduce traffic congestion by providing an efficient and automated entry and exit system for vehicles.
The project is expected to contribute significantly to the overall safety and security of the cities, and it is hoped that the successful implementation of this initiative will encourage other cities in Pakistan to adopt similar measures to enhance public safety.

ACTUATED SIGNAL PRIORITY SOLUTION
PROJECT DETAILS
An actuated signal priority solution for metro bus service is a technology that uses sensors to detect approaching buses and adjust traffic signals to prioritize their movement through intersections. This system aims to reduce travel time for metro buses and improve overall service reliability. When a bus is detected approaching an intersection, the system communicates with the traffic signal to extend the green light or shorten the red light, giving priority to the bus. This allows the bus to pass through the intersection quickly and efficiently, reducing the potential for delays and improving overall service quality for passengers. The actuated signal priority solution for metro bus service is an effective way to optimize the use of roadways and improve public transportation options, promoting sustainable and efficient urban development.
